At Shanty Spirit, we want you to be completely happy with your order.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Returns are only accepted for bottles that are unopened and in their original packaging, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@shantyspirit.com
with your order number and photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your product is defective or damaged, Shanty Spirit will cover the return cost.

We can exchange unopened products within the 14-day return window.

Replacement items are shipped once we receive the returned product.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective).

We’ll confirm the next steps and provide the return address.
Send the item back securely packaged.
Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed.
